This regulation sets out the rules for individual purchases in the online store operated by Koronex Agnieszka Zgajewska at ul. Przejazdowa 6F, 42-280 Częstochowa, NIP 573 218 1943, REGON 150347977 at the address https://shop.koronex.com/pl/sklep.
Terms used in the Regulation:
Customer - a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit not being a legal person, to whom specific regulations grant legal capacity, who places an order within the Store.
Civil Code – the act of 23 April 1964 (Dz.U. 1964 No 16, item 93 as amended).
Goods – products presented in the Online Store.
Consumer Rights Act – the act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Dz.U. 2014, item 827 as amended).
Order – the customer's declaration of intent intended directly to conclude a sales agreement, including in particular the type and quantity of the Goods.
General provisions
- The online store operated by Koronex Agnieszka Zgajewska is available at the address https://shop.koronex.com/pl/sklep.
- This regulation is addressed to customers using the online store https://shop.koronex.com/pl/sklep operated by Koronex Agnieszka Zgajewska with its registered office at Przejazdowa 6F, 42-280 Częstochowa.
- Products available on the online store https://shop.koronex.com/pl/sklep are handmade decorative glass ornaments.
- The store has the right to change the prices of offered products, add new items to assortment, organize and cancel promotions on its website, as well as modify their terms.
- This Regulation specifies:
- a) the rules of registration and use of an account in the online store;
- b) conditions for making reservations for products online;
- c) rules for placing orders electronically;
- d) conditions for concluding sales contracts using the services of the online store.

- Product purchase in the store can be made by registering an account or as a guest, without the need to create an account.
- Information included on the Store's website, including product descriptions, technical and utility parameters, and prices, constitutes an invitation to conclude an agreement within the meaning of art. 71 of the Civil Code.
- Orders are placed using a form available on the Store's website.
- By registering or placing an order, the Customer consents to receive information regarding transaction fulfillment and notifications about changes in the Regulation to the provided email address.
- To ensure the security of transmitted data and communication, the online store employs appropriate technical and organizational measures, tailored to the level of threat, to prevent unauthorized access and modification of personal data transmitted over the Internet.
- Any modifications to ornament decorations are agreed with the Customer via email or telephone before making a purchase in the Store. The cost of modifications depends on their complexity and may be free or paid.
- The Store is not responsible for the lack of email contact with the Customer in case of blocking messages by email server administrators or software installed on the Customer's device.
- The Store is not liable for delays or inability to fulfill an order due to unforeseen events, such as fire, flood, strikes, or border closures.
Sales agreement procedure
- To make a purchase in the Store, the Customer must have access to a functioning Internet, use a web browser (also on mobile devices), and have an active email address.
- To conclude a sales agreement via the online store, the Customer should visit the page https://shop.koronex.com/pl/sklep, select the desired products and proceed according to the instructions and messages displayed on the website.
- While the store is operational, it allows the purchase of products and services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- The Customer adds selected Goods to the cart, which constitutes the first step in placing an order.
- During the order placement – until clicking the "BUY AND PAY" button – the Customer has the option to modify their data and product selection, following the messages displayed on the website.
- To finalize the order, the Customer is obliged to provide the necessary data required for its completion, such as:
- a) name and surname / company name,
- b) delivery address,
- c) email address,
- d) contact phone number,
- e) tax identification number (NIP) – if the Customer wants to receive a VAT invoice.
- The order will not be accepted for processing if incomplete or insufficient data is provided in the order form.
- After providing all the necessary data, a summary of the placed order will be displayed. The order summary will contain information regarding:
- a) the subject of the order,
- b) unit and total prices of ordered products or services, including delivery costs and additional costs (if applicable),
- c) selected payment method,
- d) selected delivery method.
- To submit the order, the Customer is required to accept the content of the Regulation, provide personal data marked as compulsory, and click the "BUY AND PAY" button.
- Submitting an order constitutes a declaration of intent to conclude a sales agreement with Koronex Agnieszka Zgajewska according to the contents of the Regulation.
- After placing and payment of the order, the Customer receives an email titled "Order Confirmation," containing the final confirmation of all essential elements of the order.
- The agreement is considered concluded at the moment the Customer receives the aforementioned email.
- Sales agreements are concluded in Polish, in accordance with the content of the Regulation.
- Orders will be fulfilled subject to the availability of the goods in the Store's warehouse. In case of the unavailability of part of the Goods covered by the order, the Customer is promptly informed about the order status and decides on how to proceed (partial fulfillment, extension of the waiting time, cancellation of the entire order). The Customer will be notified of this by email to the address provided by them. In the event of order cancellation or the choice of partial fulfillment, any payment made by the Customer for the undeliverable article will be promptly refunded, no later than within 7 days from the day of the cancellation notification.
- The time required to fulfill the order by the online store Koronex Agnieszka Zgajewska ranges from 7 to 14 business days depending on the destination of the order. The Customer will be informed of the order status via email to the address provided by them.
Prices and payment methods in the online store.
- Goods prices are given in Polish Zloty and include all charges including taxes. Customers can pay the price by:
- a) bank transfer to the bank account number: Koronex Agnieszka Zgajewska 36 1090 2590 0000 0001 4476 5738, including the customer's name and order number in the title.
- b) payment through the PayPal, Przelewy24, Blik systems:
* In the case of bank transfer payments, the Customer should ensure that the amount sent to the Store's bank account exactly matches the order value and is not reduced by the bank's commission. Information about the amount of the transfer fee is provided by the Customer's bank.
* In the event that the Store's bank account does not receive the amount due within 2 business days from the order confirmation date, the order placed by the Customer is canceled. In the case of order cancellation, the agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller is terminated.
Right to withdraw from the agreement.
- The customer, being a consumer within the meaning of art. 22 of the Civil Code, has the right – pursuant to legal provisions – to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason by sending an email to [email protected] within 14 days.
- In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the agreement is considered not concluded. What the parties provided will be returned in an unchanged condition. The return should be immediate, no later than within 14 days. The purchased goods should be returned at the customer's expense to the following address: Koronex Agnieszka Zgajewska, ul: Przejazdowa 6F, Częstochowa 42-280.
- In the case of agreement withdrawal, the buyer returns the goods at their own cost.
- The Seller does not accept payment upon delivery ("COD") shipments.
- Returned goods should be in their original packaging and box, along with a completed purchase withdrawal form (including customer's personal and contact information, a withdrawal statement, and bank account details for the refund) and a proof of purchase. A statement of withdrawal from the purchase can be obtained below.
- In the event of withdrawal from this agreement, the store will refund all payments received from the customer, including the delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from the customer's chosen delivery method), immediately, no later than 14 days from the date the goods were returned. The refund will be made using the same payment method as was used by the customer in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
- The aforementioned return conditions do not apply to products made according to the customer's individual order and do not apply to business transactions or transactions with business entities.
Returns and complaints policy in the online store.
- The customer should report any damage to the package/goods or any delivery shortages directly to the delivery person and, if possible, obtain written confirmation of the damage. Additionally, the customer should inform the Seller by sending the confirmation (if it has been obtained) to the email address: [email protected]. It is recommended to unpack the package in the presence of the courier or carrier and, if necessary, draw up a damage report. Providing such confirmation will facilitate the handling of complaints but is not a condition for their consideration. Due to the nature of the goods (products prone to damage), the customer is obliged to confirm the condition of the shipment on receipt.
- If the purchased product is non-compliant with the agreement or has physical defects, the customer has the right to lodge a complaint based on:
- a) the provisions of the act of 27 July 2002 on specific conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code, if the product is non-compliant with the agreement,
- b) the provisions of the Civil Code regarding liability for physical defects.
- To file a complaint, the customer should contact the Store via email at [email protected] and follow the instructions received from the customer service.
- In the event of a complaint under pt. 2a), the customer can demand free repair or replacement of the product, if it is not impossible or does not generate excessive costs. 5. If repair or replacement is not possible, the customer has the right to a price reduction or to withdraw from the agreement.
- In the case of a complaint based on pt. 2b), the customer can demand a refund or a price reduction. Withdrawal from the agreement is not possible if the Store does not immediately (within 14 days) exchange the faulty product for a new one or rectify the defect. This limitation does not apply if the product has already undergone repair or replacement.
- The Store is liable for product non-compliance with the agreement only in cases specified by law.
- The Store is liable for product defects under the warranty in accordance with legal regulations.
- Complaints are reviewed within 14 days upon receiving the report along with the complained product.
- The Store has the right to refuse to recognize a complaint if the customer has made any modifications to the product.
- The Store does not recognize complaints in the case of damages resulting from the customer's fault, mechanical damage, improper maintenance, or use of the product contrary to the instruction.
- Photos and descriptions of products on the website present general product features. Due to the handmade nature and painting of ornaments, products may slightly differ from those presented on the website. Minor aesthetic differences resulting from the production process are not subject to complaints.
- The Store is not liable for the loss of the returned shipment. In the event of a lost package, the customer should pursue claims with the carrier. It is recommended to insure the package before sending it.
Privacy policy and personal data protection.
- The completion of purchases in the Store requires providing all required data in the customer form and marking the appropriate field (checkbox) expressing the customer's consent to the processing of their personal data by the Owner, as well as fields (checkbox) confirming awareness of and acceptance of this Regulation.
- All customer data provided during registration in the Store will be used solely for the fulfillment, modification, or termination of the Agreement or other marketing activities, especially for informing about new products and services of the Store, if the customer consents by checking the appropriate field for receiving commercial information via electronic communication, in accordance with the new regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27.04.2016.
- All personal customer data will be processed by the Owner in accordance with the above law.
- The Administrator of the customer's personal data is Koronex Agnieszka Zgajewska, ul: Przejazdowa 6F, Częstochowa, 42-280, NIP: 573 218 1943. Only personal data voluntarily provided by the customer is collected. Data is processed for the necessary purposes to fulfill the provisions of this Regulation, especially for concluding a sales agreement of the ordered goods, delivering the ordered goods to the customer, issuing a document confirming the transaction of sold goods, and for storing personal data in the computerized accounting system to ensure the transaction history of commercial transactions performed through the Store.
- Data provided when placing an order is also processed by the following entities: names and surnames, address, telephone, and email address provided as the delivery address are transferred to the delivery companies in the form of a shipping label/waybill, which also constitutes a delivery order. Depending on the chosen shipping method, the following entities can be transferred: DHL.
- Data is also processed by entities involved in processing payments for the order:
- Koronex Agnieszka Zgajewska uses the services of PayPal, Blik, Przelewy24. PayPal, Blik, Przelewy24 may collect provided personal data, such as payment information and other identification information. These services use this information to operate and improve the services rendered to us and others, including for detecting fraud, preventing damage and losses, authentication, analysis related to performing their services, and for compliance with legal requirements. The processing of this information will be subject to the Privacy Policy of PayPal available at PayPal.com.
- The Store uses, among other things, "cookies" which contribute to the enhanced usability, functionality, and ease of use of our store. These tools also facilitate faster navigation in the Store for Customers. Additionally, cookies allow measuring the frequency of page views and the most popular products. Cookies are small text files stored on the computer system. It is important to note that after blocking cookies, the possibility of using some Store functions will be significantly limited or disabled.
- The customer has the right at any time to change, correct, or delete their personal data through the Store's Customer Service.
- With additional consent granted by the Customer, the collected personal data can also be used for promotional and marketing purposes, especially to present the Store's commercial offer and other marketing information related to the Store.
Final provisions.
All content included in the Store is subject to legal protection, and its use will constitute a violation of the law.
For matters not regulated in this Regulation, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on special conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2001 No 144, item 1204), the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827 as amended), and other applicable provisions of universally binding law.
